Hi, I’m Dee Walton – the founder of Waltoness Helps Inc.
My passion for helping others comes from both my personal journey and my professional experience. Through my work in healthcare and community outreach, I’ve spent years connecting individuals and families to resources, support systems, and services they need. Along the way, I began to notice a pattern — many people weren’t just lacking access, they were lacking consistent support, guidance, and someone willing to truly meet them where they are. That realization stayed with me. Waltoness Helps was created from that space — not just as an organization, but as a reflection of who I am and what I believe in. A space rooted in compassion, community, and showing up for people in real, meaningful ways.For me, this work isn’t just about giving back — it’s about making sure people feel seen, supported, and never alone in what they’re going through.
Sandra Walton

As President of Waltoness Helps, Inc., Sandra D. Walton provides leadership, guidance, and organizational support to help advance the mission and vision of the organization.
With over 25 years of experience supervising Bus Service Representatives (BSRs) serving young children with special needs, Sandra has demonstrated a strong commitment to compassion, safety, and dependable service for families and the community.
Passionate about helping others, Sandra is dedicated to supporting the needs of children and families while promoting care, encouragement, and community outreach.
Khadijah Muse
Vice Chair
Experienced nonprofit and operations leader with a strong background in program management, strategic planning, community outreach, and organizational development. Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, improve operational efficiency, and build meaningful partnerships that strengthen community impact and organizational growth. Skilled in communication, stakeholder engagement, project coordination, and implementing creative solutions that support long-term success. Recognized for collaborative leadership, problem-solving, and the ability to guide teams and initiatives with professionalism, purpose, and integrity. Serves in leadership, mentorship, and community support roles focused on empowering others, coordinating outreach efforts, and supporting organizational engagement and development while fostering sustainable growth and meaningful community impact.
Briana Muse
Secretary
Waltoness Helps welcomed Briana as Secretary in April 2026. From a young age, she has had a genuine passion for serving, giving, and helping others — a calling she believes was placed on her heart by God. With nearly a decade of experience in Project Management, Briana brings strong skills in organization, coordination, and execution, enabling her to effectively support the administrative responsibilities of Waltoness Helps. Her faith in following Jesus Christ, staying active through fitness, and spending quality time with family and friends are among the things she values most.
ShaRhonda Walton
Deputy Director
With over 20 years of combined experience in restaurant management and logistics, Sharhonda brings extensive knowledge in operations, leadership, strategic planning, and business development. Her 15 years in restaurant management have equipped her with expertise in staff development, customer service, inventory management, cost reduction, and revenue growth. Additionally, her seven years in logistics management have strengthened her skills in supply chain operations, transportation coordination, resource optimization, and organizational efficiency. Sharhonda’s ability to lead teams, streamline processes, and implement effective business strategies makes her a valuable asset to Waltoness Helps, Inc. Her experience supports the organization’s commitment to operational excellence, responsible resource management, and sustainable community impact.
Jessica Walton
Co- Deputy Director
Jessica Walton serves as Co-Deputy Director at Waltoness Helps, bringing a wealth of professional leadership and a deep-seated passion for community service to the organization. Professionally, Jessica is a Senior Manager within the pharmaceutical industry, specializing in compliance. Her corporate expertise allows her to approach non-profit operations with strategic vision, structural excellence, and a dedication to accountability. Beyond her professional achievements, Jessica is a devoted mother and an active community volunteer who believes deeply in the power of giving back. As Co-Deputy Director, she seamlessly bridges her professional acumen with her heart for service to help guide Waltoness Helps toward an impactful future.
